"wwwoffle-ls <lasttime|prevtime?>" piped into grep (to select entries
with a size greater than 1Mb) piped into awk (to select the URLs of the
grep-selected entries) piped into a file for inspection.

Attached is the snipped result of my efforts. The file is the ultimate
output obtained by selecting from my "wwwoffle lasttime" cache all
entries that had a size >10Kb. I envisage that the format is suitable for
feeding into "wwwoffle-rm".

Using "wwwoffle-ls" with the "http" cache needs greater skills than I
possess.

I suspect that "wwwoffle-rm" is designed to do that.

Usage: wwwoffle-rm [-c <config-file>] <URL> ...

Hopefully on Andrew's "wish-list".
