FWIW, I actually like Delete being first - apparently for me hitting
RET when on a wrong link in lynx is much more common than pressing RET
twice instead of once.

Could there be an option to configure the order of the links (or which
to include at all - I have never needed Info and Configure, and rather
preferred having Index in a prominent position at the end).
