don't want to edit conf file to get one image

I was browsing
http://edigitalphoto.com/cameras/0411edp_digitalinfrared/ with
DontGet{*://*/*.jpg}
as I am on a modem. And he mentions unforgettable images that I just
had to see.

OK. I went and put
!http://edigitalphoto.com/*
in DontGet and had wwwoffle reread the wwwoffle.conf, but I was hoping
there might be an easier way that doesn't require editing that file
just to get one image. Nor do I want to use wget --proxy off, as then
it is not cached.

Maybe a
$ wwwoffle --get-anyway URL
Hmmm, but then wwwoffle still won't let us view it in the browser.
Ah, perhaps needing to edit wwwoffle.conf is to prevent Junior from
downloading bad things. Well there should be a keyword in
wwwoffle.conf to allow command line overrides, so one could use
--get-anyway.  Hmmm, and then we still have the two actions of
DontGet
       A  list  of URLs that are not to be got by WWWOFFLE when it is fetching
       and not to be served from the WWWOFFLE cache even if they exist.
that can't be uncoupled.
