if I understood the HTML4 specification correctly, this is defined as space
that needs not, but may be expanded.

However, as I tested it in lynx/links/w3m, none of them is able to process
it correctly :((
Good that I usually don't use them, so It should be not a problem.

Bad is that I have HTML code that contains long lines (blah-blah-blah-...)
so that's why I started searching for a character that is not a space, but
allows word wrapping. I will probably report wishlist bug for all of them...
