LocalNet vs. DontCache

Hi all,

Are LocalNet and DontCache treated differently from wwwoffled 
as long as this box is always online (connected to a router now)? 
Is there any security problem if i add 'untrusted' sites which are
problematic with wwwoffle (eg, continuous reloading) to LocalNet 
to prevent them from being processed by wwwoffle ?

ps. Can i wildcard 192.168.0.* in LocalNet ?
