You haven't said what you are doing to get this message.  If you have
got 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1' set as your proxy or are visiting the
URL 'http://localhost:8080/' or 'http://127.0.0.1:8080/' then this
message would be correct.

You should put in all of the names of the computer so that WWWOFFLE
will not act as a proxy for them but redirect to the first named one.

No, it means that all interfaces on the computer will bind the socket
(so that 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.1.2 will accept connections).

You should not need any of these.

See my comment about adding localhost and 127.0.0.1 to the LocalHost
section of the config file.

You need to add all of them because WWWOFFLE does not do a reverse
lookup.
