won link colour battle

Gentlemen, I have won the battle of the link colors over pages that
set <font>. http://jidanni.org/comp/wwwoffle/index.html#link_colors

OK, but then users and maintainers have to worry about more than
wwwoffle.conf getting overwritten. Perhaps better to have in
wwwoffle.conf: arbitrary-text-to-stick-in-HTML-HEAD = (multiple lines too)

But it will never be one size fits all, as users are color blind to
different colors.
