Yes, thank you.  Just a minor annoyance: I guess this file will be
overwritten upon upgrade, whereas the configuration files are always
taken care of wonderfully during installation of a new version.

At any rate, the solution for the OP may then be as simple as removing
the delete option from the AddCacheInfo.html file.
