That seems to be a bug in your version of foxyproxy.  I have version
2.8.9 and it goes straight to WWWOFFLE rather than online.

I don't think it does.  I have seen various URLs requested by firefox
that are captured by WWWOFFLE.  For example the blacklist of bad
websites and checking for updated add-ins.
