When you are online and this happens then you will see the web
server's original error page. The page in the cache will be replaced
by the "KeepCache" page (wchich you can see).

When you go offline and visit the page you will see the "KeepCache"
page. This will tell you that reloading the page (when offline) will
cause the backup version to replace the message.

If you are online and try reloading the page then you will just try
again to fetch the page.
