You can change the option cycle-indexes-daily so that it will only
create a new index directory once a day rather than once each time
that you go online. This way it doesn't matter how many times you go
online you still get a week of lasttime indexes.

If you want to change the number of indexes from 7 to 10 then you need
to recompile WWWOFFLE after changing the compile time option
NUM_PREVTIME_DIR as described in the file called INSTALL.
