Should be rearranged to get to the point quicker.  Why? Because very
often only the first few words are visible, e.g., when we block the
Amazon ads on http://tuxmobil.org/pda_linux.html

Indeed, we should take a lesson from common web messages:
<TITLE>404 Not Found</TITLE>
<H1>404 Not Found</H1>
Straight to the point, with things like software name and version
number not mentioned until further down.

Ok, so I would say

http://rcm.amazon...
Request failed because ... not to be fetched.
Help: ....
