stop Macromedia Flash looping

Gentlemen, our task today is to stop Macromedia Flash looping.  In
wwwoffle.conf and/or via our browser we can stop animated gifs from
looping and even halt <MARQUEE> and <BLINK>, so let's also make
Macromedia Flash loop only once.

(I assume the word "only" is a direct effect of proprietary programs.)

Well, enter WWWOFFLE's HTML editing capability onto the
stage. Cookbook instructions anybody please?
We see

But what about getting it to loop just once?

What does privoxy do about it these days?

By the way, one can right click on the Flash and turn off looping, but
it will be back on the next Flash.
