no reply from server ?

I can't fetch anything from http://www.fco.gov.uk, there's just no
reply.

But in the previously session i could get

but when, after several aborted trials to follow any link on that page,
i tried the 'info' button and got

is not available in the WWWOFFLE cache.

I went offline and deleted the host completely, restarted wwwoffle and
did a wwwoffle-purge.

Now i can't load even the above page. So i guess the problem is on the
serverside?
