hello,

In my last email, I think I pinpointed that the problems I was seeing
with the per_source option were related to the server being
multi-homed.

The server in question has several hundred IP addresses bound to it.
We are a web hosting company and assign 1 IP per website and they can
also set up FTP bound to the same IP address.  

Does the per_source option not apply for multi-homed machines or is it
in the works?
