2.3.13 is out

Hello,

I am happy to announce that Xinetd 2.3.13 is out and available
for download from http://www.xinetd.org/xinetd-2.3.13.tar.gz. The
md5sum is: 4295b5fe12350f09b5892b363348ac8b 

One thing that I would like to point out in this release is full
featured internal service config files. They are located under
the contrib directory. Every configuration option is listed and
commented out so that nothing bad happens out of the box, but
they are there if you want to tweek things. Another file called
empty.conf is provided so that you can create a configuration for
new services where you just fill in the attributes.

* This release fixes all known problems. The Changelog:
Add NULL entry to success_log_options to properly end the nvlist.

* Fixed a bug where reloading configuration would core dump if
file logging was enabled in defaults and a connection existed
when
SIGHUP was received. -Steve Grubb

* If too many connections hit and exhausts the file descriptors 
such that accept fails, deactivate the service like the cps
access control does. This problem was reported by David Cook.

* Updated rpm.spec file and added default config files to contrib

* Allow group & user to be specified by numeric value. -Steve
