You shouldn't need this. tcpd always uses the basename of
the full path to the server. The only instance when this is
a problem is for internal servers. In that case it should
revert to the official service name from /etc/services.

Think of inetd, there is no where to pass the name of what
you want tcpd to think the name is. Its implicit in the
command line.

xinetd should run fine with this flag defined even if
libwrap is not compiled in.
