[zebra 22827] OSPFv3: Question about LSAs minLSinterval

Hi. I'm experiencing some issues with receiving multiple instances of (in my case only) router LSAs within the time period MinLSInterval (defaults to 5). My testbed consist of nodes running a point-to-multipoint interface (forming adjacency with every neighbor). Say we have node A and node B having formed an adjacency. Within MinLSArrival (1 second) after the adjacency has been formed, node B synchronizes with node C. When node C reaches state FULL (from node B's point of view), node B originates a new instance of its router LSA. This router LSA is transmitted on the interface and is received by node A and node C. At this point he problem arises, as node A will discard the LSA since it was received withing MinLSArrival. The problem seems to be that node B doesn't have a timer set to MinLSInterval, and is thus originating LSAs regardless of this interval. Paul (Jakma) and me are thinking maybe no such timer for LSA origination exist?
