This is a datacenter about 40 miles away within the same IGP. All I'm trying to accomplish is have a single service address bound to the local loopback interface on both hosts in disparate datacenters, and have ospf via zebra advertise one of the routes with a higher preference - such that when one goes down, the other will take effect.
