[zebra 22946] Re: Problems with zebra.conf

I get an empty zebra.conf when the hdd partition where zebra configs are 
stored is full. Don't forget that on ext2/3 you always get 5% of the 
partition space reserved to the superuser by default , so 96% full means 
that nobody but the superuser can write to the partition.
