[zebra 22983] --enable-tcp-signature bgp Authentication

Hey guys,

I'm trying to get BGP authentication support in zebra 0.94 using the 
--enable-tcp-signature configure option.  It doesn't seem to be taking. 
Running RedHat ES 3.   used make distclean before reconfiguring and 
installing w/ the new option nada.

Am I missing something here?
