New Init script

Hello,

The attached files provides an init script for REDHAT systems as
detected by the configure file. This will let people running Red
Hat to start using tmdns with nice init scripts.

The configure script does not detect Mandrake systems as being
different. They are labeled REDHAT. However, there are subtle
differences in the way that the init scripts work. I will submit
an improved Mandrake init script if this can be detected and
labeled correctly.

The update-resolvrdv should go into the scripts directory. This
file was pulled from a Mandrake source rpm.

I will update the spec file after all these changes get installed
into the cvs tree.
