Yes, there is still no "official" source package around and not too much
has happened to tmdns for some time. For one reason this is because I
had not as much time to spend on this project as I wish to have (started
own company). 

The current code base as found in the CVS reached some point where it is
more or less stable and usefull, but some features I would like to add
(service registration API) would need a bit more investigtion.

... and if possible I would prefer separate patches, for the things you
mentioned above. This would make it easier for me to understand what
happend. If you also could send me the patches from mandrake, I could
look at them and include them when aprobriate.
