I'm not a friend of escaping from my homeland, and its not yet the
time for going to exile.

If Europe really gets to this point, I'd suggest we all look for a 
relatively small country (still in Europe, ie. Lichtenstein ?), or 
an small state of some larger country (ie. Thuringia in Germany ;-)),
so we have relatively good chances of taking over the political 
and economic control of the land/state - it then will be *our* 
country. This should give us enough power to prohibit software 
patents in *our* country and - if necessary - declare independence
from the EU. 

Of course this is not (yet ?) an topic for this list, so evryone's
interested in that is free to mail me - i'll set up a separate list.
