Frankly, I fail to see the problem here.  IMO, bona-fide LIRs should be 
entitled to an ipv6 allocation under these terms at least in the RIPE region.

Cool off on the rants, Jeroen.  I know it's raining today, but it may be 
sunny tomorrow.
