OK - point taken.  OTOH - doesn't iTunes do IPv6 already?  It certainly
wouldn't surprise me :-)

Another data point: one of the major anti-virus companies (Avira) has
recently upgraded their auto-update mechanism to use IPv6, and are already
observing about 10% of their download bandwidth being IPv6...

Well.  It will take some time to sort this out - but eventually, even
support folks will see the light.

5 years ago, it was common wisdom that "to speed up the Internet, one=20
needs to tweak the system to use a low (IPv4) MTU".  Nowadays I don't
seem to encounter that one anymore...

(And after some deployment, chances are that "IPv4+NAT" break about the
same amount of applications as "IPv6")
