Ok, I'm going to try Reading Frenzy and Laughing Horse as suggested.  I
imagine we'll run into the same problems there too, though.

I did find http://www.iprc.org/, which has a library in Portland and accepts
all donations, so I will be sending copies to the following address in the future:
