ann on vt indymedia

Starting with issue 4, I've been announcing issues of BH as they are published 
on the VT IMC newswire.  I should probably come up with a standard 
announcement template that has a little more information than currently.  Does 
anyone know of other relevant lists/sites to announce each issue?
