some notes on move

I moved over brm and the static parts of rant.

Unfortunately the rants pages all use absolute addresses so things are going
to broken there until we change the domain from lambda-communists.org to
ballistichelmet.org

I added the variable BHIP which points to the current BH box's IP, so you do eg

   sftp www@$BHIP

I'm going to work on moving over my scheme libs and installing the rant cgi
script next.

I sent a question about whether Mailman was supported or not but I haven't
heard anything yet.
