cvs server

So I think it would be sweet if we could set up a cvs server on bh or your.bh 
for some lambda projects I have in mind.  (Also would've save me a boat load 
of time on this recent rants problem.)

I know how to set up a repository, but not pserver.  Any one wanna take a 
whack at it?
