Re: current advisories

long term solution has been implemented.  apparently, the
expiration functionality was already there - everything but the form
feilds, pretty much. 

I bumped the number of advisories shown on the home page up to seven,
but that's an arbitrary number that you can change by modifying the
function parameter where it's called on the homepage.
