wiki

I was thinking that a bh wiki housing various facts and analyses uncovered on 
the mailing list would be a nice feature of the website.

I know adding new features is probably not the thing to do to an already 
broken site, but what do people think? yea or nea.  I don't know much about 
various wiki implementations, but if someone is familiar with an 
implementation how about slapping one on the phpwh site. (A PHP implementation 
would be the obvious choice.)
