devel list sign up problems

I just tried to sign up mr. miller on the devel list sign up page:

but the form says i haven't entered an address when indeed i have.

is this another incarnation of the form target problems we are having?

any work-around for this?  mrs. pratt would like to join as well.

Also, I did some touch up work on the homepage.  Let me know if there are any 
changes you think should be made.  I really dislike writing about BH, so that 
was the best i could do in <3 minutes.  comments extremely welcome.
