Re: site move situation

I've finished setting up the rants on the phpwh machine (the cgi part is done
now).  Will need to finnesse a little once domain name changes.  In the
meantime I've disable the BH machine from adding rants.

If we don't finish moving everything over soon were likely to have a pain in
the ass getting all the data sync'ed up again.  Eg, new headline on BH dont
appear on phpwh.
