I think with anything Jon asks for you should cut in half.  He wants
several hundred, I'd cut him back to 200 (we could hardly carry
one-hundred of the Will Miller reader in our hands, yesterday).  shipping
isn't a big deal.  the reader and the zine are about 2 ounces.  200
hundred zine and readers puts it at 25 pounds.  That's about $65 for
overnight with USPS.  If he can get rid of that many, that's a success.
