mailman/rss?

i know we keep talking about it.... and i know I don't have the time
right now to write anything to get something up and running, but it
does look like there is a patch out there:

anyone looked into this?  Should we go ahead and install it (for that
matter, if you've seen it, have you run across any install docs on the
thing)?
