new look

I have started a campaign to readdress the bh homepage now that we have
most stuff up and running.  We can use any new design as a starting
point for templating all other pages as well.  I'd like to see some
consistency in our pages.  I prefer something besides the blank white
page w/ black text as well.  To me it makes it  harder to read when
items aren't colored.  plus, don't we want to be a natural, bleach free
distribution?

this page is very hacked together.  not stylish by any means.  not even
an external stylesheet yet.  feel free to cleanup.  wanted to get the
initial design down before going into clean coding.

ideas, thoughts?
