I went ahead and did this.

I also put a .htpasswd file in ~ and .htaccess in ~/www/zine/v1/i3/ to keep
the current issue from prying eyes.

HTML versions of the zine should be available soon; there are just a couple
issues to iron out.

I'm going to rearrange the files, moving source files to someplace like
zine/src/, keeping pdf and ps files where they are now.

autotrace, imagemagick, and tex2page are installed.
