There is a subcommittee of the Judiciary Committee, the Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology & Homeland Security. This subcommittee has jurisdiction to hold hearings to release the remaining withheld FBI documents. I would like to see letters to Patrick Leahy to urge him to get that subcommittee to hold these hearings. I felt the need for a new on-line petition to the Senate Subcomittee on Terrorism, Technology & Homeland Security to release the remaining FBI documents in the case of Leanard Peltier.
