Of the 108 non-management folks, only 28 earn more than $11.00 per hour. Right now, under management's proposal, a worker who start's at $7.55 would receive $.23 in six months and another $.23 in a year. We will definitely by out front of City Market on Sunday from 3-4pm for a show of community support. Our contract expires Tuesday night and management is still asking employees for a number of give backs, including the right to change schedules week to week, and the loss of a half hour paid break.
