Thanks for your concern.  Of the 108 non-management folks, only 28 earn more 
than $11.00 per hour.  Right now, under management's proposal, a worker who 
start's at $7.55 would receive $.23 in six months and another $.23 in a year.  

We will definitely by out front of City Market on Sunday from 3-4pm for a show 
of community support.  Our contract expires Tuesday night and management is 
still asking employees for a number of give backs, including the right to 
change schedules week to week, and the loss of a half hour paid break.
