A reminder as time is short.  Community radio station WOOL-FM 100.1
(http://www.wool.fm) has been granted a FCC license to operate from Bellows
Falls VT.  Projected start up time is this fall.  WOOL-FM will be carrying
Democracy Now!  Please come and support alternative and local media in
Vermont and see Billy Bragg in concert on July 28 in Rockingham VT at the
New Falls Cinema at 7:30 p.m.  Please pass this on  throughout Vermont so
that the concert/fundraiser can be a sell out.  The fundraiser info site is

When is the benefit concert?
The concert is on July 28.

What time does it start?
Doors open at 7:00 pm and the concert starts at 7:30 pm sharp.

Where is it?
It's at the New Falls Cinema on the Square in Bellows Falls, VT.

Directions from southern Vermont: 91 to exit 5, North on Route 5 into the
center of Bellows Falls. The Falls Cinema is on the Right.

Directions from Northern Vermont: 91 to exit 6, take Route 5 North into the
center of Bellows Falls. The Falls Cinema is on the Left.

Directions from New Hampshire: Take Route 12 past Walpole to the Vilas
Bridge. Cross Bridge into Bellows Falls and in a few hundred yards turn
right (north) into the Square. The Cinema is on your left.

Who's playing?
In addition to Billy Bragg, Peter Mulvey will be playing a set of his music.
>From Milwaukee and on Signature Records, Peter sold out his last show in
Bellows Falls at the Windham. His sparkling intellect and accomplished
songwriting make this a show not to be missed.

As if that wasn't enough, between Peter's and Billy's set, the esteemed
Congressman Bernie Sanders will be speaking about media consolidation in
America. It's a topic dear to the hearts of those at WOOL FM for whom the
evaporation of radio diversity is a call to arms. Bernie Sanders is perhaps
the finest & most upstanding member of congress and he happens to be from
the fine state of Vermont.

What's it for?
All of this talent is assembled in Bellows Falls for one reason: to support
the development of our new community radio station, WOOL 100.1 FM. For more

How much are they?
There are three types of tickets:
General Admission at $30.00
VIP tickets at $50.00
The Front Row at $100.10

The VIP tickets are the best 75 tickets in the house after the front row.
Remember, this is a benefit concert and we're doing this to raise money.
Billy didn't set the ticket price and nobody's gouging here.

The front row tickets (there are only 15) also include a $25.00, 1-year
membership in WOOL and an invitation to a pre-concert cocktail party at
Oona's restaurant. These tickets can only be purchased by emailing
