I've already done some work on this to make it a reality.

I've only made a few countries in the middle east and norhtern Africa 
clickable for the time being.  I'll add more later.

Click on a country and you'll get a "wiki" page for that country. Eg.

    http://ballistichelmet.org/wiki/index.php?Iran

The way a wiki works is that it is can be edited by anyone through a web 
browser.  Eg.

    http://ballistichelmet.org/wiki/index.php?edit=Iran

The markup is a very simple plain-text system described here:

    http://ballistichelmet.org/wiki/index.php?TextFormattingRules

So give it a try.  I started working on Sierra Leone if you'd like to see an
