Helmet Style

Yo heads;

I realize I'm supposed to post this kind of thing to
the Devel list;
does anyone read that these days?  

In any event I'd like to get feedback from non-Devel
kids, as well.

Here is an attempt at a [bh] frontpage redesign:

The HTML is static; it is based upon (and unchanged
from) an instance of loading www.ballistichelmet.org.

The CSS file has been changed.  It is here:

http://your.ballistichelmet.org/~tyrone/dr_phil/front.css

It is far from perfect.  However, it includes a few
refinements for aesthetic pleasure and legibility. 
(And speaking of both, "Helvetica" before "Arial" when
writing CSS.  Don't get me started.)

A lot of the links don't work.  I can't help that, as
most of the coding and architecture behind [bh] is
well beyond my skills.

Please advise with your thoughts and feelings.
And if there is a better place to post such things,
well, please advise that to.  There's more to come.
