George Bush Cuts His Dick Off!

I heard some speculation the other day that perhaps Bush might drop Cheney as his running mate. Don't worry, Halliburton will send him checks regardless. The theory being Cheney is damaged goods politically and needs to go. He would claim his health needs to be attended to and we'd see Bush pick up someone else. I thought this was fairly plausible, but it could be bad news. Obviously I think Dick is damaged political goods, which is precisely why I want him running side by side with Bush as they crash and burn in Nov. Imagine on the other hand that Bush convinces Colin Powell to be his running mate with promises of a Powell campaign in 2008. Granted, its hard to say who has lied more to the American public, Powell or Cheney, but Powell certainly doesn't have the stigma of Cheney in the eyes of the populous. I think it would boost Bush's reelection chances significantly. Anyway, just thought I'd throw that out there so that in case it actually happens I can enjoy a fleeting moment of vindication before shooting myself.
