Free LaTeX manual

There exists a (six-year old) free manual for LaTeX.  It's far from
complete, but has some interesting commentary and a great command
reference appendix.  It's written in GNU Texinfo and is availble in Emacs
Info mode, which I find helpful.  Find a PDF version here, too:
