We had a little impromtu meeting at the site Sat. to go over a few things. I am pasting the quick minutes for that meeting to keep you updated. _Michael Mixmasters minutes from Morning of 3-18 before work party No clear agenda was set for this impromptu meeting. Minutes and action items as follows. 1. Established a goal of 100 gallons of fuel per week with current processor 2. Expectation is that mixmasters will work about 6hrs per month 3. We will have a structure in which Mixmasters will pair up in teams of two. One will come in early to start the heating process, the other will come in to help with safety and valve changes once we get making fuel. Roles will switch next session. All mixmasters will be scheduled in so that we fill a calendar of spots for making fuel to attain our goal of 100gallons per week. 4. Outreach for new mixmasters Action Items -Michael will ask Katy for list of those interested in mixmasters. -Michael will forward emails list of all who have been involved in mixmasters in the past to Seth and Nate. (Done) -Nate will email out an announcement for a Mixmaster orientation. April 1st is the Date (Done) -A system will be put in place where those interested in being a mixmaster will be encouraged to come to a work session and be mentored.
