Mixmaster Opportunity

Hello Seth and Nate and the Mixmasters crew,

You have probably noticed that I have not been spending much time down at
the work parties due to a need to concentrate on events and working with all
the different committees we now have.  In addition to this Nate and Seth
have shown extraordinary leadership in getting fuel production going. Their
knowledge and teaching abilities have done none other than turn this co-op
around.  When I did show up this past weekend, I noticed that these two are
getting a bit overworked.  We have grown to the point at which their job has
become huge and needs support.  The next stage for this committee appears to
be to tap into other leaders who can take on the many different roles of
making fuel.  If you have been involved in this committee for some time or
have BioD making skill and are looking in to it I encourage you to step up
and approach Nate and Seth to help out at a bigger level.  These two show up
every single weekend and deserve a break. They have gotten things down to a
point at which it really isn't that hard.  Go ahead.  Jump in!

Thanks to all mixmasters.  We have been getting a huge increase of emails at
the outreach and membership end from people who are asking us about the
co-op and using us as the reference for a model. This is, no doubt, due to
your success in producing excellent fuel.
