Methanol recovery

Friends,

I am including methanol recovery in the processor design related code 
review.  Solvent recovery/distillation systems are specifically 
mentioned in the Uniform Fire Code and we need to plan for this process  
if we are going to have it on site.

It is possible that distillation has some of the greatest restrictions 
of any part of the process.  The code calls for labeled/listed equipment 
or "experimental" systems.  I think ours will fall under the 
"experimental" or "engineered system" category.  Seth has done some work 
on this concept and I have done a substantial amount of on-line research 
on reflux stills.  More process equipment:!!

I am on the road this week and the review is going well.  Only a few 
more pages of the fire code to go!  Then a little building code and some 
integration.
