It has come to my attention that some of us are not getting the
announcements that I've been sending via the announcelist.

The announce list will be my primary method of communicating about
work parties, mixmaster list will continue to be the method of
commucication for specifice mixmaster topics.

If you're not getting the announce em's then you need to sign up via
go-biod home page.
