Hey there, I have been very much out of the loop but am ready to get back into it. I have a feeling there has been almost complete turn over and I don't even know most of you! Having been effectively gone since... June??... I feel I am no longer a well trained mixmaster - I gather the process has changed somewhat and, regardless, I haven't done it in long enough that I am effectively a trainee again. So, I would be interested both in a meeting to get back into the swing and in joining in some fuel making (with someone who has current experience.) So, is the Friday meeting now official? And open to all mixmasters or just the core? I don't have much to contribute other than to item 1, but that is a big one. I can also work this Saturday - is there mixing or just "other" work party? [I probably cannot do anything the following two weekends, but November looks good again.] I pretty much only have weekends available at this point (and not all weekends) and the occasional Thursday or Friday evening. Tamar Today's Topics: 1. Re: mixmasters schedule (Zac Imboden) [trim lots...] I know people are busy, but it would be great to have someone from the site planning committee there. For those who can't make it, please email your concerns and ideas before the meeting. Again, the goal here is to: 1) figure out our potential mixmasters and schedule training 2) figure out the roadblocks to winterizing 3) if possible, schedule a work party for clearing for the concrete pad and get what information Tom will need to assemble the roof. Pete et al, I know there's been some priority on the concrete removal, so if there's a reason to handle that before clearing the pad area, let us know the details. [trim more]
